I am very disappointed with Zero Debt!!
The service is disgusting. I paid R3200.00 on my last outstanding account on which those funds were allocated on a account that was paid up in September already.
Kindly note that as per information attached that was provided by Zero Debt I owed Cell C R3531.46 on which I've paid R3200 to date.
Please explain to me why I must pay R1200.00 for 5 months (R6000.00)? I refuse to pay 3X the value of my debt. According to my records I owe Cell C R331.46.

You have app**** on 18 September 2017 and only made your first payment on 15 October 2018. You were informed that the creditors will only receive payment once the DC Negotiation Fees and Legal Fees are paid in full. It is unfair to blame the company due to your failure to only start paying a year after applying for Debt Review.
