poor service and warranty

I bought a new 6 plate Zero stove from GAS 2U in Bapsfontein.Two of the burners ignite but wont stay on.I phoned Gas 2U but they told me that they only sell them,dont repair them .I phoned Zero appliances in Midrand and was told that I have to bring the stove to them for repairs..They do not have a technician that travels to sort out warranties.Very poor.They do not give a damn once the sale is made..that goes for Gas 2 U as well.
