DONT BUY ZERO GAS STOVES

My Husband purchased the zero gas stove from an authorised dealer in May 2018. We had no problems with the stove part but the gas oven doesn't work. It took 4 hours to bake a cake!!!!

After sending numerous complaints and logging a query they have still not come out to sort out.

We have asked them for a refund and they refuse as they say we did not purchase it from them directly.
