Zer021 just a big ZERO!!!

I called Roberto, club owner at Zer021 Social, to book the VIP section of his lounge for my birthday on 8 February 2019. I paid R2000 and was advised that it's for the cover charge or my guests, booking the VIP area as well as for the drinks. We arrived there and all was well until random people in the club began entering the VIP section. I personally asked them, very politely asked them to leave and one of them started becoming cheeky telling me they always sit there and that they'll continue sitting there. Another of my friends eventually got them out and we continued with our evening. Not long after that I returned from the toilet and found that the owner of the club opened up the VIP section. When I asked him why he's doing this he said, and I quote "I don't see the point as to why the full VIP section should be reserved to you." Now, I wouldn't have had a problem if he spoke to me about this beforehand. But I paid for the VIP section specifically because I wanted my friends to have a good time. The next day I messaged the owner expressing my disappointment with the service of the night before and he responded "I fully understand." I was fuming at this point, and asked if he wasn't going to apologize for what happened and he responded "I will reflect on it and respond in due time." He then apologized and provided me with a complimentary meal, an hour after, and I accepted and thanked him. On 14 February 2019 he sent me a picture message with a meal as part of it valid for that day only. I explained that it was unprofessional to send a complimentary on the same day its valid for and requested half my money back (for the second time since the whole ordeal) and he told me I was a chance taker because I used the money on alcohol, which I fully disagree on since we left immediately after the disgusting service we received. I'm putting this on Hello Peter because this man ruined my entire birthday. I do not want any complimentary dinners for two, I want my refund for an evening he ruined. Had I known my evening was going to be filled with service that was fit for ***s, I'd never have paid the amount required for booking the VIP section and taken my friends elsewhere. Please assist as nothing seems to be happening with regards to me getting my money back.
