I saw the ad on Facebook

I saw the ad on Facebook. I ordered a handbag from them on 14 Sept and paid the amount of R445 with my credit card. The handbag should be delivered a few days thereafter but I didn’t receive anything. I’ve sent an e-mail but did not get any reaction. I’ve called them but it says the number does not exist!
