Zenzele Gym Refund protocol is ridiculous
For the past couple of months I’ve had to fight and basically beg this gym for a refund. I’ve not even attended the gym yet, I hadn’t had the ability to register my fingerprint and I won’t be able to attend the gym next year as it is on the Wits campus and I will not be a returning student. Does my money just go to waste?? I’m frustrated. I’m angry. I’ve just burnt a R1800,00 hole in my pocket.
