Cancel my membership
I have been experiencing ongoing billing issues with zenzele Lion Pride Gym since last year, and the matter has still not been resolved. My account has been debited for the gym membership, yet I am repeatedly told that no debit was received on their side. On top of the membership debit, I also see an additional deduction of R115 from Vanzele that no one has been able to properly explain. Each time I raise the issue, I am told that the matter will be investigated and that someone from finance will get back to me. Unfortunately, this never happens. The same issue has continued into this year, and I am still receiving the same response without any resolution. To make matters worse, my access has now been blocked because they claim I owe money, despite the fact that the debits have already gone off my account. This situation is extremely frustrating. I have been patient and cooperative for months, but there has been no accountability or proper feedback. At this point, I would like the contract to be terminated as this ongoing billing confusion is affecting me financially and could potentially impact my credit record. I would appreciate urgent assistance in resolving this matter.
