Purchase of massager

I recently bought a cervical vertebra massager from Zenvo trading as Neuthly but when it arrived it was not working. I immediately emailed *** and explained what had happened. This was on the 19th Jan 24 and again I sent another email on 10th Feb 24 but to date I have not had a reply from them. Please be very wary of this company as once the sale has gone through they do not honour their obligations.
