Zenvo SA sold faulty goods

I ordered a neuropathy massager from Zenvo Sa. I purchased 2 as it was on special. Firstly it took long to arrive then when it arrived the product does not resemble the one advertised it also does not switch on after hours or charging, the parts look old and run down like it is old stock that they are getting rid of and does not look like the one on the website . I have emailed them numerous times as there is not contact number on the website as I am sure they would get overrun by complaints. They have not responded to a single email, I have requested a refund and for them to collect their faulty products but no response at all.
