Zenvo SA **** or not?

I believe this company to be a **** I paid for the products on 23 Nov 2023 and to date have not received any tracking number from Courier Guy. They outlined a 5-8 business day process time, but today is day 10 and still no word. The same product is now being advertised on Evolve South Africa
