ZENVO FAILED TO DELIVER THE PROMISED GOODS

ZENVO had a blach Friday special on their Cervical Vertebra Massager for R749. I first enquired because another on-line platform were selling what seemed to be exactly the same item at a fraction of the price. Reply from ZENVO was swift via email and I was assured that the 'other" party were selling (quote) "cheap knockoffs according to the reviews. Most of them only work once or twice and never work again. The ZENVO model includes a remote and multiple pads, to ensure reusability for months" Based on the fact that I will be receiving "multiple pads" I ordered from ZENVO. What a disappointment that I only received ONE pad. After all, the pad is what guarantees 80% of the value and use that the user has with a Cervical Vertabra Massager. I immediately sent an email stating my disappointment, but with no response.
