Non-performance

I had an electric fence installed by Conan Campbell of Zentyl Electronics. Part of the agreement was to provide a COC on completion of the installation. Six weeks later and I still have not received the COC. My e-mails and telephone calls are just ignored. All I got was promises and a photo of the COC on WhatsApp. Since this is an official document, I want the real document. Not a photo on WhatsApp. The workmanship of the installation is also below standard. I can most certainly NOT recommend Zentyl Electronics for any sort of installation.
