Best small business

The best business I have dealt with so far. We ordered handmade candles, and it was delivered sooner than expected. However, The Courier Guy managed to break half of the candles in transit despite it being marked as fragile and the driver wanting to throw it over a fence. The business owner offered to replace the candles and send it via another courier free of charge. I will always support this little business.
