Unprofessional and *************

If I had to describe Zenros Auto in Boksburg in one word it would be *************. My husband and I took a vehicle for a test drive, and made the decision to buy that vehicle. We were surprised by the rudeness of the owner and his personnel. The amount they offered us for our trade-in wasn’t enough to cover the purchase price, but we signed the offer to purchase and the owner agreed to keep the vehicle till the coming Monday (6 days) giving us time to gather the remainder of the outstanding amount. With buyers lined up to buy our cars, we get a WhatsApp message on Thursday from the sales lady, Nicolette, stating that her colleague had sold the vehicle. They didn’t even have the decency to give us a heads-up that there is another person interested in buying the car. (Although I had an agreement with the owner, in the presence of the sales lady, to keep the car for us) Nicolette didn’t even answer the phone when I tried to give her a call after receiving her message. How could you trust a dealership that can’t stick to it’s word? After being so disappointed, I did a search online for reviews, and now I see that I’m not the only one with complaints. I’m even doubting now that the vehicle did in fact have a full franchise service history as it was advertised, as the franchise could not confirm more than two services were done on the vehicle. I can’t and also wouldn’t recommend doing business with someone that doesn’t stick to their word. If I don’t trust you, you’re not getting my business or recommendation. 1. Rude 2. Unprofessional 3.
