Think 2 x before buying from Zenros auto in boksburg rg
I bought a mini cooper from Zenros motors in August 2018. From the word go I had issues. Paperwork was not correct. I had to go back numerous times to get the lady to put the true and correct info on the sales agreement. On the day of collection there were more issues. Undisclosed faults that was not mentioned prior to sale. Minor but still not disclosed. Some of the lights were not working. The sigarette lighter./charger not working/ wind screen wipers not working properly etc.
I insisted the vehicle being inspected before we took it. We found it hat no wheel spanner, jack and locknuts vir the wheels. They eventually found a wheel spanner and jack and said they will let us k ow when they receive a replacement locknut from the dealer.
A few months went past and I started to enquire about my Licence disc and outstanding part. With a promise to follow up and get back to me, I waited.
In January I stated getting concerned as the Licence was going to expire and also did not have my locknut. So if there was an emergency I would not be aple to take my wheels off. Again with a promise of following up and getting back to me, I waited. After contacting again in February I was fed up. I was eventually told that there was a problem with issuing the lisence disk and also no feedback on the lock nut. Yet again a promise to find out the issue and give feed back. I eventually gave up waiting for the feedback and went to the licencing department to find out what was the issue and resolve it. They charged me R2500 to do the registration and only paid R230. To renew. I had to to all myself.
It came to the point that I had issues with the car and had to take the wheels off. Again I enquire. Very irate by this time as it has been 1 year since I bought the car. I spoke to a guy called Deon. He identified himself as the mechanic. I told him the whole problem. Same story. Promise after promise. Insulting the mechanic working on my car aggressivenes etc. I eventually went there. Got promised that they have ordered the part and will let me know when i can collect. I received a message from the mechanic informing me that the dealer no longer stock the part. I have to go to bmw myself and pay for it. Now that is what I called ****oy service
