Worst experience ever!!!!

<p>I booked a spa package at zenju day spa for me and my mom to have a nice relaxing day on 3July 2017. It was R2650.00 and we were supposed to have a indean head massage, hydration facial, any massage of you choice and a luxury pedicure. On arrival the staff was very unwelcoming and didn't want to talk at all. Our appointment was at 10am and they requested that we must be there ten to ten. We had to wait in a waiting room where we sat for about 20min before we where assisted.</p> <p> </p> <p>When the the****** eventually pitched she said we can get undressed. The robes she gave us was so durty the collars looked brown. There was no preparation made for our treatments at all! As soon as we got on the bed they started with a ralaxation massage after we asked for hot stone massages. After an hour they went out of the room without saying anything at all. They then said they incorporated a indian head massage into the hotstone without any oil, it was rather just a head scratch then anything else!! We then had a hour hydrating facial where they haven't even touched our décolletage. By the time our facials where done we had to get dressed to receive our luxury pedicures which was just a basic pedicure. When ever we asked if we where unsure the one the****** showed her irritation with us. </p> <p> </p> <p>We where there for 4 hours, not once during our treatments did they ever ask if we would like water. We were supposed to get champagne and chocolates during treatment but only received it when we left. None of them had a uniform on. And when we payed the manager or owner she wanted to charge us more for the hotstone altough it states on the pricelist any massage of your choice! </p> <p> </p> <p>I am a qualified somatologist and know all the treatments off by heart. I wanted a ralaxing day at the spa but instead walked out with a headache ,feeling miserable and very dehydrated!!!! I would love to know how they can advertise that they are a 5star spa? While we were paying the the****** booked herself out and left before we were done paying. She couldnt wait to get rid of us! I will make sure everyone I know will hear about this unpleasant experience.</p>
