Most unpleasant birthday dinner service ever

<p>I am so dissapointed with how my birthday dinner event was handled last week friday. I enquired about making a booking and I made it clear that I wanted it to be held at the Roof top sky bar section and on the day of the event my booking was mixed up with one of their other restuarants withing the same building which I idnt ask for. I was emailed all the details but the Person (Shaun) that heled my booking failed to specify that they only serve seafood at their rooftop venue. So my guests had to choose sushi since we didnt get enough time to order a meat platter. We tried to than order other meals from their other restuarants and we were told that the kitchens are too busy with other reservations so we had to opt for Dumplings with chicken and prawns. many chose chicken as an alternative, but the chicken was not enough so people had to choose vegetables instead. some cancelled their order and another waiter saw our unhappiness so he organized us pizzas, so when the bill came we were charged for 11 dumpling meals even though 5 were not meant to be charged. we queried this and they waived it off the bill. So I am very unhappy and upset with the disgusting service that we had. instead of enjoying my evening i spent most of it running around trying to sort out everything for myself and my guests. I would never recomend their venue as a go to spot to anyone and so will my guests, to anyone. It was a nightmare that would have been avoided if the attitude of the staff was addressed well even before the event.</p>
