ZENEC 'S Pathetic service

In October 2013 i bought a Zenec ze-nc2011d touch screen radio with gps,bluetooth, etc from VW barons Bellville Cape Town. In February 2015 when i wanted to updated the gps i received an error message saying \cannot open with your licence". I contacted the zenec/ [URL Removed] for help and i was informed that there is nothing they can do as the code was cracked and i feel that the feed back was not positive at all i mean i paid close to R12000 for that unit. So i would like to be put in contact with the relevant person so as to resolve this issue ASAP because till thus"
