Zendesk ****s

I have been receiving emails from Zendesk whilst UBERNCHG has been deducting money from my account. I do not know what the deductions are for. The first time was a R37 and the second was a R947. 98 Durimg these trying times in South Africa or rather the world why would peoples **** law abiding citizens. I want my money reversed. Thanks
