Do not pruchase from MY HEALTHY FEET & ZENDESK

Horrific experience. Purchased Item from Myhealthy feet in Feb. Paid in rands, yet they converted it to dollars without me even knowing it. No delivery by end of Feb. I enquired & was told there was a mix up of orders. By mid March, enquired again. They said they were pleased to inform me, that my order was being processed. End of March, enquired again, was told they delivered it, 2 weeks time. Middle April - no delivery. Enquired again, was told there was a backlog of delivery. End of April, enquired again. Confirmed delivery done. Middle May, enquired again,. This time was told, they runout of stock. hey said a refund was going to be done. So much lies. Enquired in June - no response. End of June sent a threatening letter, they refund was done, check with bank. I checked with bank no refund done. July enquired again, was told refund was generated & my bank account credited. Middle July still no refund. They are just lying ...
