Zenco Glass and Aluminium Ponzi Scheme

This guy is a ***** and is running a Ponzi scheme, he needed me to pay him in full plus a deposit for another job in order to arrive on site. I know it was stupid of me to agree, but the timeline for my renovations was so sensitive, and he was recommended by a dear friend who runs a construction company and works with his frequently, so I thought I could trust him. I paid him in full, R77 700, plus R9000 in the first week of November, and i am still in a situation with a massive section with a frame and no glass, and huge gaps around all the frames in a 20m long corridor! He doesn't answer my calls or my messages anymore and has come up with every story in the book about why he can't complete the job. I'm Going to the police tomorrow to lay a charge of theft.
