A *******: Most Appalling Service Ever

<p>I purchased a groupon coupon for a Family Photoshoot with Bevan Reisenberg in Zenberg studio on the 20th of August 2016. The photographs were supposed to be ready a week afterwards, I've called Bevan several times, sent emails & sms's, even been to the studio. All have been to no avail. He's never responded or been present at the studio everytime I went there.
