Alumi skincare is a no no

My girlfriend and I found Alumi skincare bluff on Instagram whereby we saw the recent ads.

Upon messaging, we asked whether there were any student discounts (25%) was told to her and (20%) for me which made no sense firstly

Secondly the pricing confirmed via message 3x was R500 excluding the discount.

After my girlfriend had gotten her peel done the worker tells her that the price is R450 including the discount which made no sense because it should have been R375.

We then asked to speak to the owner who had left we stated the price differentials and she proceeded to say that it was a miscommunication we also stated that it is not professional to confirm 3x on the wrong price and tell a client that they should be pay the price confirmed once the treatment was done.

The owner cut the call, we then called back and asked her why was she being so rude and she proceeded to say we wanted a handout and that we shouldn’t pay but we just wanted to pay the amount that was stated in the message as it was confirmed

In which she refused to take anymore than R125

She then sent us a message saying we are not her clients, we are children , we must F*** off and we are not welcomed back

It’s safe to say that this the worst experience I have ever gotten I would highly recommend that nobody goes to Alumi skincare and I also feel that she shouldn’t have a license to do skin peels as it should be revoked
