Employee unfairly treatment

This company treats its employees very unfairly and very demolishing telling one of they employees that they not well educated and they are English literate even thought someone went to College to study for finance.

They keep asking for students From this college in Fishhoek and not even placing the students in a place where they can be trained for what they studied for ,it seems as if they just want students so that they can under pay them
