Zelri Terrible customer service.

Craziest story. This company is a complete **** and they don't care for their customers. I've had a lease with them for about 10 months. I like the place so I decided to get comfortable and extend my stay here. So i decided to move to another apartment in their complex and the flat was completely dirty, walls not clean, ceiling dirty, toilet had contents that wouldn't flush down, tiles dirty with gaps in between. I reported this to the agent I signed with and it took over 2 weeks between her and her manager lizelle and their maintenance department to at minimal get back to me regarding my complaint. I even sent full proof pictures of what the place looks like. After countless and tiring back and forths the agent called to say the manager lizelle says she won't clean the flat, she'd rather refund me all the money I have already put in.
