Zelri stole my money R6000

The company refused to refund my money R6000 , the company had advertised flats for R3500 a month and requested a deposit before any lease documents were produced nor signed , upon arrival at the site a month before moving in , i was given a lease to sign but found that there were inconsistencies in the lease and therefore refused to sign and called for my refund , initially they agreed but a day later was told that i was not getting my refund , not understanding why as , yes could be charged admin fees , but why the whole amount , that could not be explained
