So here is a follow up of my deposit claim. after 20 days of no communication i get an invoice saying i owe them R7100 because they need to repaint the walls. What a joke. There is already a tenant living in the apartment which i was locked out of before my lease expired and no walls were painted. What a big **** agency. Do not waste your time, Go to City Property and have a peace of mind
