Zelri property sucks big time

Bad customer service not putting the tenants first. At Unity House building I have to buy my own plug and fix whatever that's broken in the apartment, the maintenance contact number is not even working, the water is warm so therefore you have to only use it to shower , you can't mix it with cold. Zelri is beneffiting from this coz the hot water bill will be high even though you were using warm water. Worst agent ever, even Mafhadi was better they were always there when you complain or contact them.
