Zelri Properties - what a shame!

I want to give them NO rating because they did not deliver what they promised! Promeses from agent never happened! Poor management. Wait for months to replace their faults. Rip-off at deposit - R2 200 for paint! Really?! Deduct stuff on deposit that they are supposed to replace by them. Wait for 3 months, after calls and e-mails to get only part of deposit back. No, if I had read the reviews of Zelri Properties, I would have never rent from them. Going to report them to the "Health and Safety" for no railings at the steps.
