Zelri Properties refuses to pay my deposit back

Zelri Properties are refusing to pay back my deposit. I have been waiting for 2 months for my deposit and on the contract it states that I should get my deposit within 7 days but now I'm being ignored from phone calls and emails. Their stuff is *********** and cannot assist with any matter.
