Zelri properties is the worst agency

Zelri properties services is the worst of them all, we lived in one of their properties for so long in centurion and the service regarding maintaining the apartment was good, seeing that the estate and complex was not only occupied by black people. Now that we moved to one of their properties in Hoogland, the complex is the most disgusting and not considered when coming to maintenance and in my own opinion, it's because it's only black tenants, they drag their feet in doing anything at all ffom security to rules and cleaniness and maintaining the property.

I lodged a complaint in 2020 and still no help from zelri in 2021 still, the caretaker drinks tea with certain tenants and favors where he benefits but hardly takes other tenants complaints into consideration. No one from zelri properties cares about tenants in this complex.

I URGE WITH PEOPLE TO NOT EVEN LOOK IN ZELRI PROPERTIES SIGHT, RUN IF YOU ARE THINKING OF COMING HERE ITS HELL I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE AS IT'S NOT SAFE, CLEAN NOR MAINTAINED!
