ZELRI PROPERTIES IS THE PITS!!!

If you want to end up frustrated with little to no help then Zelri Properties is your go to guy when you are looking for accommodation. I was at their Midrand property today to get feedback regarding my application which was sent beginning of Feb and when I tell you that I queued for 12 HOURS I’m not joking. I have been calling their land line number and texting their WhatsApp number and writing them emails for a week without any success,instead their land line would be answered by a Lady called Promise who would hang up the phone why I was still talking. She actually did this every time I called. She is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Okay so I decided this Saturday (02/03/24) to go the personally to find out the status of my application. I got there at around 06:30 only to leave at 19:15 with NO HELP. The white old guy (didn’t catch his name) told me at 19:00 that he can’t assist therefore he will send my documentation for cancellation AFTER WAITING FOR 12 FULL HOURS!!! Never in my life have I ever felt so belittled and disgrace. After queuing for 12 hours on an empty stomach that is the feedback I got. They made us feel like they were doing us a favour by being there. So here I am at home with my eyes swollen from crying and my feet swollen and painful from standing the whole day. Thank you Zelri Properties for making me feel so useless and undeserving.
