ZELRI PROPERTIES Is the worst 😫 rental agency one could get involved with. I have been renting at Annlin place for the past 3 years and now I just moved out and they telling crazy staff a out my deposit. I paid a deposit of R10,0000 to them and now they telling me that my deposit refund is a thousand. They used all the money to paint my apartment as I have damaged whereas I have been complaining to them requesting for my apartment to be painted and nothing was done. I'm not recommending anyone to get involved with them they are a **** but I'm not letting this go.
