Zelri Properties acting ******* in refusing to pay deposit refunds

Do not rent through this company, they willnot refund you yoir deposit.I rented a place through Zelri Property, gave then notice as per the lease agreement I signed , I cleaned the place before leaving and subsequently they also "cleaned it" at a cost of R700. Thereafter its been almost 2months they are giving me the run around about my deposit refund, I have sent them my proof of banking for the deposit refund, and everytime I call for Lizelle, I'm told she's either out, on lunch, on a call, in meeting or she is not in. I have written her more then 5 emails and no response, her colleague Promise also is uncooperative she ducks and dives and passes the buck when I ask her about my deposot refund.I have now engaged my lawyerd regarding my deposit refund because what they are doing in *******.DO NOT RENT PROPERTIES FROM ZELRI PROPERTY, THEY REFUSE TO REFUND DEPOSITS WHEN YOU LEAVE THEIR RENTED PROPERTY.
