If you want peace of mind, please don't stay away from any property managed by this company. Their common practice is to ********ly turn off your PREPAID ELECTRICITY, and issue an eviction notice to have you blocked from entering the premises. This is done via WhatsApp, no formal documents, they will tell you your rights don't matter as their clients have businesses to run and cannot afford to lose money. I have personally been a victim of this behavior, and I have proof that others in my complex have also been treated unfairly. Today I will be submitting a formal complaint to the PPRA and enlist the services of an investigative journalist to investigate these ******** and unconstitutional practices. They have breached every rule of the Housing Tribunal and continue to do so against renters. We are charged allocation fees for our rental payments, which should not be for the renters account. I have also written a formal letter to the municipal manager of City of Ekhurleni as no electricity is to be switched on or off without the consent of the municipality. These practices occur even if you pay your rent 2 months in advance and there is a small balance left over, if you pay more than the rental amount every month they don't care, they will issue instructions as stated above and will have you punished without due process being followed....
