ZELRI Properties a disapointment

so disappointed with the service i received when i wanted to move out from one of their apartments, i spoke to Miller a very rude white lady who wants things to be done her way. i had been a loyal tenant with them however my moving out was a very slow process on their side. after a week calling them everyday just to get an approval letter to move out. i had a new place to move into, and wanted to start moving mu stuff bit by bit, i couldnt because all they kept on saying was the letter will be hand delivered tomorrow. when i called 24/04/2018 i actually regret ever having them to manage the premise zelri properties your service really sucked, Miller requires proper customer service
