I am trying my best not to be rude. Please sort out this mess. I phones last week and told you to remove the debit order for this rent. I have given notes and have moved the 30/11/19 handed the key over. Please give me my deposit back and remove me from your system. Also please set my credit record straight. Oh man this is impossible.
