Zelri Employee's very rude,have no respect...

Zelri's Employees are so rude and have no respect for their customers. I've received a letter that I need to renew my contract.I called them asking to send my contract to the care taker. They've refused. I'm staying in Parktown. Pretoria is very far. They told me that I need to come to their offices in Pretoria. I need to make an appointment for that. I made an appointment to come on 27 July at 8:30.When I get there Nelly was the person who supposed to help me. She told me that she is not going to attend to me. she has an appointment. I've told I told her that but Roder told me to come today. She raised her voice on me, she told me that she doesn't care where I come from. She was shouting at me, then she went out, and there was another lady there she was cleaning. She was so rude it's not even her place to talk to me and with an attitude she told me \so what must they do
