Zelri does not payout deposits..BUNCH OF ********

Do not a make mistake of renting from these horrible people. I moved out in April 2020 at the time the caretaker couldn't conduct the inspection because I was not "uploaded on the system said he would call me, which he is still doing today. The inspection was done in my absence with no one update whatsoever. After sending numerous emails enquiring about the deposit yesterday I received an invoice with the following.. R6.500 for painting of the walls, R60 for cleaning of switch R120 curtain rail and a plug replacement + VAT all resulting in me getting R0.00 from my deposit. Mind you,the walls were not even painted when I moved in and were not in any bad state when I left them either but they still went ahead and billed me 6.5K. They are so quick to take money but they are never there for their tenants always playing against the law.
