Zelda Properties ******

After staying a year at one of their flats they not refunding my deposit. They apparently have to repaint the entire flat and repair a bottom shelf of a cupboard, although I sent them photos showing that the flat was left in exactly the same state that it was received in. Also is it possible that a bottom shelf repair costs over R600 excluding tax and repainting costs R3600? They are a bunch of ****** I won't ever rent from them ever again.
