Wrongfully Blacklisted

The agent raised the rent and did not send me a letter to notify me that the rent will be taken up. I was then in communication with Erika Van Rensburg in the regard. She said that the contact stipulates that every year the rent would go up. I cut and pasted a copy of my contract where it stipulates that they have to notify me a month prior the raise. The she agreed that it was their mistake that they did not notify me of this and sent her apologies. She then went to maternity leave without resolving my issue and not they sent me a letter of demand notifying me that I have been blacklisted. I went to their office and they too didn't know what it was for and thought it was because I was behind with my rent. Can you please help me because I cannot be blacklisted for the wrong administration of the agent.
