Wrong amount debited

Good day<br> <br> I am very upset with the way you have personally dealt with this matter. I would like you to escalate this your senior/s<br> <br> My account was up to date and the only debit order that had to go off was for December R5950.00 but now I was debited R17850.06 plus debit order failed/return fees<br> <br> So from today going forward no more debit order. You really messed up my ratings with my bank. <br>
