Worst Real Estate Agency in SA

I would strongly advise people looking for places to steer clear from this agency! I am at the brink of getting my lawyers involved because of the level of frustration I have experienced since moving in. The apartment had leaks stemming from poor maintenance prior to me moving in and patches were made so that we would not notice, fast forward a few months in and both bathrooms have leaks , the paint is bubbling and the extractor fans do not work, when you sign with Zelri Properties they tell you that each unit has 2 parkings, this is a lie, you get 1 parking and then need to scavenge for parking all the way at the end of the complex by the visitors side. When trying to reach their agents, it's either they have no idea how to do a job or celebrate everytime they get a **** review on hellopeter because they genuinely don't care. Most unprofessional and laziest agency I have ever been with, just waiting for this lease to end so I can leave!

People move in and out of this place within 4 months of staying here, clearly shows the management style of Zelri Properties. If I could rate them in negatives, that would be more appropriate.

Please DO NOT go through this real estate agent. Absolutely pathetic.
