WORST EVER SERVICE

Worst entity to find yourself dealing with. They lack in service delivery even after several reports of mould brewing in their immensely in their bathrooms and worse that I've left I honored their terms and conditions to waiting 21 days for my deposit refund for which it seems like they never going adhere to set dates as to when I should receive it. This shows that they don't value the dignity of their clients, they don't care enough to ensure that their business practices are adhered to accordingly and lastly they never respond to emails when it entails of money that is due to you. Its sad that I've phoned and left many messages for Madeleine but no response. ONLY did I get through to her by pure luck. It's sad that we have to understand that you must wait to being attended to reason being that She's got too many emails to respond to. That's a pure example of how disgusting their services are towards their clients and lack of respect towards their clients. I fit no where in her not responding to my emails. I need whats due to me! I'd never never recommend your business to anyone not even a pauper!
