Worse service from Zelri properties

<p>I have been renting from Zelri properties for almost 4 years and i moved out month end of March 2017.Firstly they billed me for the month of April when i had already moved out and i kept on getting messages that i did not pay my rent for the month of April and that my credit record would be affected.I kept on calling for weeks before the issue of the incorrect billing was fixed, now they have to pay me my deposit that i paid when i moved in i keep on being told that we waiting for this and that then only then will the money be paid.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had always heard from people that getting your deposit back is almost impossible with Zelri Properties and now iam expriencing that 1st hand.I am appalled at the kind of service that i am getting from this company when i had been a loyal tenant for so many years .</p> <p> </p> <p><em>Frustrated Ex Tenant</em></p>
