Woodwind estate: Bassoon Park. utter *******

I moved into Woodwind Estate in February. I hate living here. the bathroom is forever leaking. I have reported this numerous times and no one in that company seems to give a damn. the 2nd bedroom is also coming out water from the wall making a mess and wetting my furniture in the process. The wall is now damp and now is moulding. When it rains it floods the drains blocked and make the apartment smell like sewage. literally no one in the office cares. Marle van Biljon who is in charge of repairs and maintenance seems to be too busy to answer calls and respond to emails. I have less than 4 months living here and I'm ready to leave. DO NOT MOVE TO WOODWINDS ESTATE BASSON PARK. for financial and mental peace of mind.
