Unresolved Issue and Lack of Assistance from ZELRI Properties

I am writing to express my frustration with ZELRI Properties regarding an amount on my account that remains unaccounted for. Despite my efforts to seek assistance, the responses I’ve received have been unhelpful and dismissive. In particular, Inga has been nonchalant in addressing my concerns and has refused to provide any solutions or clarity on the matter.

To make matters worse, I have provided my bank statements as proof that the payment was made, but Inga has refused to accept them. She continues to insist that, from their end, they see nothing and has not made any effort to resolve the issue, nor has she acknowledged the validity of my documentation.

This lack of accountability and customer support is unacceptable, and I am seeking urgent resolution of this matter. I kindly request your intervention to help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
