Unprofessional

I am extremely frustrated with ZELRI and their complete lack of professionalism. I’ve emailed multiple times to address a complaint, yet I have received no response whatsoever. Instead, I’ve been met with letters of demand and a complete disregard for my concerns. It’s incredibly disappointing to deal with a company that refuses to communicate with tenants and instead resorts to threats and unnecessary pressure. I will be taking legal action if this continues. Do yourself a favor and avoid leasing with them if you value your peace of mind and professional respect.
