Tortoise Service

I have been in contact with them at the end of November making enquiries. At first it seemed like a smooth process because i got the documents to fill in a day, however if you had to ask questions clarity on certain things...It would take a week to respond via emails, their whatsapp or socials. Yesterday I received a call, I spoke to them about my situation and that I have sent all docs and payments required to start the process. I was told the consultant who assisted me is no longer with them and I must resend. Okay, agreed. "Please send me an email so that I can forward docs to you, AGAIN"... I'm still waiting and yet they are active.
