They refuse to give my deposit
Zelri Properties are ******, they rude and they ***********. I inherited this leasing company from kingdom leasing which were doing an outstanding job managing and caring for their tenants and to this day it baffles me how any landlord would transfer this Zelri Properties. I have been taken from pillar to post and to this day I am still awaiting my deposit which my the way has been reduced to almost nothing because of double tapes on the bedroom wall and the lounge for that they had to repaint the whole flat. I have spoken to Amila, Lizelle(forever in meetings) she eventually came back to me. we came to an agreement but no action. And again I am sending emails and talking to the whole company because she is the only one who refunds deposits but is never in the office. The rest of everybody there is well, just there. These people know nothing about customer service and all they want is more of our money. When you sign a contract with a leasing agent you agree you will have your deposit within 14days ones you vacate the premises it looks like it takes them months to this this and I am most certain they do not refund it with interest as they should and would if you were late with your rent.
I have read people's reviews and thought it would be different for me but well that is how they operate. Anything to make a penny. No care whatsoever. I was even invited for coffee at their office to resolve this. Now What? I must use my petrol to go all the way to Pretoria to get a quarter of my deposit for coffee? Really? I don't know how this business is still functioning with the way they treat their tenants. They will even ask for your name and the reason for your call. And they know not to say Lizelle is in a meeting. I refuse to waste my petrol to go for coffee. And they wonder why people resort to these platforms. Infact they used to it. They already said. Money does not grow on trees. We all work hard for it. And a deposit at one place is a deposit at another. If you cared about your tenants you would know this. And you would give refunds in a timely manner. I moved out on the 31st of December 2018 and its 31 January 2019 and I am still waiting.
Unprofessional, *********** and A ****
